Sling and Stones

Sling & Stones denim is made of American-grown organic Supima cotton, one of the finest and rarest natural fibers on earth. The jeans are virtually pesticide-free, unlike the average cotton jeans which contain 27% harmful chemicals.
The organic Supima fiber is spun into yarn and then hand-loomed by a small family-run Japanese mill, with some fabric taking an entire day to produce a single roll. The twill for their pocket bag lining is made of organic Fair Trade cotton, grown on the farms of Peru. Their supplier programs in Peru (1) help poor farmers, who previously were forced to grow cocaine, (2) generate electricity for the nearby villages, and (3) donate proceeds back into the local communities. Fair Trade ensures workers are paid enough to care for their families, put food on the table, and send their children to school. The twill and denim are accessorized by genuine 24k gold plated hardware and zari thread, handcrafted by skilled artisans.
A percentage of Sling & Stones' profits are used to immunize villagers in Peru, fight teen suicide in Japan, and build an orphanage and youth rehabilitation center in India.

Hyde SK
“The name comes from Hide being leather - my first collections used to be made solely from leather - and the S. K being my initials,” says Hyde S.K designer, Sacha Knight.
Sacha studied fashion at The Surrey Institute of Art and Design in London but left more confused about what she wanted to do than when she had arrived. She started by making a few things for friends and to sell in The Duffer of Saint George and from there, she hand-produced bags for Paul Smith mens wear show in Paris and sold limited collections in his stores in Japan and London. Sacha has also designed and produced accessories for Jessica Ogdens London Show. In 2003, she designed bags for cult London label, Silas. The resulting Sacha bags were very popular and worked so well that they were sold out very shortly.
Hyde S.K is now sold at selected stockists worldwide such as Colette (Paris), Selfridges (UK), American Rag Cie(Japan) and has become collectable items particularly in Japan, where customers are known to queue up for Sacha's bags and accessories.
The main selling point of Hyde S.K collection is that each piece is slightly different from the next as they are hand-crafted. “I illustrate all of the prints myself and add finishing details like beading and braiding by hand.” Occasionally Sacha offers little extras with the collection allowing the customers to personalise their own piece. All of Hyde S.K collections - from design, production to finish - are done in London.

INTOXICA JEANS teamed up with one of Japans most prestigious textile manufacturers and trading company as they enable Intoxica to develop new fabrics that will be recognised as typical for INTOXICA JEANS.
Living in a high-speed, must have, throw away society, consumers are overdosed with labels and lifestyle ideals that force the individual into mass marketed identity and ecological negligence.
Today, there is an ever-increasing need for image consumption and identity definition. Without respecting individual choice and environmental concerns, mass consumerism has flooded the industry with disposable products and unethical practices.
Our aim is to invigorate the consumer to make a different choice. We’re offering a product that is an exciting alternative to the mass produced option. INTOXICA brings limited edition designs for the free-thinking man .we ensure top quality materials which are both long lasting and environmentally sound. We deplore the unethical exploitation, which is so common place in this competitive industry. Our production respects all humanitarian aspects and even offers the client a unique opportunity to recycle.

This means that there is no use of g.m cotton , no harmful dying/ finishing techniques are carried out and certainly no person involved is exploited in the making of our product . The traditional mills produce high quality materials on a low production basis . This means that we have the power to control our production, and to keep it to the best quality and of a high ethical standard . INTOXICA drives to contribute to ecological awareness : Innovative design for pioneering souls.
